Mitre 10 MEGA Te Rapa is one of Mitre 10’s largest stores in the country.

With an overall floor area of 12,000m², the project incorporates a large format retail store with additional drive-through facility, a garden centre and café.

Naylor Love worked collaboratively with the tenant to ensure they could have staged handover before completion. This allowed them to open three weeks earlier than originally programmed.

Naylor Love also worked closely with Mitre 10 to allow shelving to be erected and stocked as each section of the floor was completed.
